Unit Sought: Included All individual employees as full time and part time police officers in the ranks of sergeant and below employed by Bradley University. Excluded Cheif of Police, Lieutenants, confidential, supervisory, and managerial employees as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Office clerical employees employeed at its Baytown refinery. EXCLUDED: Confidential employees, guards, watchmen and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time, and regular per diem licensed practical nurses, graduate practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, housekeeping assistants, porters, dietary aides, cooks, activities aides, rehabilitation aides, maintenance employees, receptionists, and unit clerks employed by the employer at its Troy, New York facility. Excluded: All business office clerical employees, physical therapy assistants, certified occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, staffing coordinator, dieticians, diet technicians, registered nurses, cocial workers, admissions screeners, watchmen, guards, and all other professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
