Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers employed by the Employer at their facility located at 16-44 Dekalb Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11237 All other employees, including mechanics, dispatchers, security guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Excluded: All those excluded positions as certified by Case 24-RC-4380 and by the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board, in case P-96-ID-96 1257, dated July 10, 1996; including all positions located in the offices of the President, Vice-President, and Human Resources offices; and the positions situated in the following Departments: Customer Affairs, Legal, Audit, Public Relations and the secretary of the Group Director.
