Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including eligible per diem employees employed by South Fulton Medical Center at its facility located at 1170 Cleveland Avenue, East Point, GA, 30344, in the following combined unit: 1) technical employees; 2) skilled maintenance employees; and 3) service and maintenance employees. Excluded: All other employees, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, residents, central business office employees (whether facility based or not) who are solely engaged in qualifying or collection activities or are employed by another Tenet entity, such as Syndicated Office Systems or Patient Financial Services, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer and already represented employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All service technicians and lube technicians Excluded: All guards, supervisors, clerical and sales associates as defined by the Act.
