Excluded: All quality control, clerical employees, supervisors, guards, mechanics, local and over the road truck drivers employed at the 60-Davis drive Hauppauge, NY Warehouse facility, and as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: Contracts admin., dues representative I & II, receptionist, front office manager. Excluded: Accountant/bookkeeper, exec. secretary, dispatch.

Unit Sought: All counter employees in the Airport terminals who rent cars to customers of both the Avis and Budget brands (approximately 77 total employees); and all employees in the "A" and "B" side garages doing check-out and check-in and who work in the "Avis Preferred" and "Budget Fastbreak" areas (approximately 47 total employees)
