Excluded: All other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its manufacturing facilities located in West Sacramento, CA. Excluded: All officers, directors, managers, clerical administrative and office employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2701 South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana, California Excluded: All other employees, temporary woprkers from agencies, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, and guards, and coordinators, leads and other supervisors as defined in the Act.
