Unit Sought: Included: All food services employees employed by the Employer at CW Post campus cafeterias and food service areas. Excluded: Clerical employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time shipping, production, maintenance, quality control and utility employees, electricians and equipment operators employed by the Employer at its Grand Chain, IL facility  EXCLUDED: office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees

Unit Sought: All welders and arc air cutters employed by the Employer at its facilities in Taunton and E. Bridgewater, MA All other employees, managers, guards and supervisors within the meaning of the NLRA.   NOTE: The Petition seeks to include the above classifications in the pre-existing bargaining unit already represented by the Petitioner. 

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time bus drivers and bus monitors currently working at ABC Bus Company. Excluded: All others as defined by the Act.
