Unit Sought: The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all full-time and regular part-time security officers assigned to the Federal Protective Service ("Government" or "Client") at the following designated facilities in the cities in the State of New Hampshire; Portsmouth - GSA, SSA/DO - - Social Security Office; Concord - - GSA and SSA/DO - - Social Security Office; Manchester - - DHS/USCIS, SSA/ODAR - - Social Security Office; GSA and IRS; Littleton - - SSA/DO- - Social Security Office; Nashua - - SSA/DO - - Social Security Office and FAA; Keene - - SSA/DO - - Social Security Office; Laconia - - IRS; and Merrimack FAA (each of which shall be referred to as "Location") and those employed by the Employer pursuant to its Contract with the Government for the provision of security at said facilities; but not excluding all managers, supervisors, office and/or clerical employees, temporarily assigned employees, substitute employees, and all non-security employees of the Employer

Unit Sought: Included: All regular & part time employees performing asphalt paving including foremen, rakers, shovelers, screedmen, micro pavers, ac paintmen, liquid tar workers, seal coaters, small equipment operators, landscape planting/fence/safety surface installers. Excluded: Clerical employees, guards, supervisors and all employees who perform concrete paving.

Unit Sought: Included: All Radiochemists level 1, 2, 3 and Senior at Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant Excluded: All office clerical employees, guards ans supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time sheet metal workers, including journeyman, state indentured apprentices, industrial addendum workers and helpers. Excluded: Office clerical employees, sales employees, mangerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. And any employee covered under another CBA.
