Unit Sought: Included: All employees engaged in installing street lights, traffic signals, associated controls and signage who are currently covered under a Section 8 (f) agreement between the Employer and IBEW Local 1393. Excluded: All other employees who are represented for purposes of collective bargaining by Petitioner or other labor organizations, under existing labor agreements, all guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included All full time and regular part time drivers and warehouse people employed at the Employer's Bristol, PA facility. Excluded All others including office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Case Managers, Care Coordinators Excluded: All others as defined by the act, except nurses and other professionals covered under a current bargaining unit.
