Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees, including eligible per diem employed by West Boca Medical Center at its facilities located at 21644 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL 33428 in the following unit: service and maintenance, skilled maintenance, and technical employees. Excluded: All other employees, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, residents, central business office employees (whether facility based or not) who are solely engaged in qualifying or collection activities or are employed by another Tenet entity, such as Syndicated Office Systems or Patient Financial Services, employees of outside registries, and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, and already represented employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time administrative clerks, sales employees, and pest control technicians including lead employees. Excluded: All supervisors, managers, and all other employees and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time security officers employed by the Employer at the DNDO located 1125 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005 Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time & regular part-time Production and Maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Auburn, Pennsylvania facility. Excluded: All other employees, including office and clerical employees, professional employees, guard and supervisors as defined in the Act.
