Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) employees of Palm West Hospital Limited Partnership d/b/a Palms West Hospital located at 13001Southern Boulevard, Loxahatchee, Florida 33470 at its facility in the following combined unit: Technical Employees, Service and Maintenance Employees, Business Office Clerical Employees, and Skilled Maintenance Employees. Excluded: Managers, supervisors confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, registered nurses, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/ utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RN's, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, emplyees of outside registries and other agenies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees.

Unit Sought: All full-time hourly and regular part-time hourly product and maintenance employees; excluding quality assurance, sanitation, sales and professional employees, office clerical, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All equipment operators, mechanics, service employees and production employees, including the following classifications; Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Inspector, Lead Mechanic, Automotive Worker, Production Control, Mechanic Helper, Storage Lead, Tool Room Attendant, Storage Operator and Equipment Operator at their VSE Corp. facility located in or around Barstow Marine Corps Logistics Base, Yermo Annex. Excluded: All part-time and full-time office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, watchmen, supervisors and supply techs.
