Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance technicians, utility mechanics, facilities technicians, building maintenance workers and carpenters. All other employees, including clerical and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance employees, employed by the Employer at its Nalcrest, Florida facility. Excluded: All other employees, including clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees. Excluded: Line leads, trainers, supervisors, managers, office & clerical employees, and guards, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time cooks, dishwashers, waiter, waitresses, housekeeping, porter, maintenance employees and dietary. Excluded: All office clerical, managers, agency employees, supervisors and guards as define by the act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time professional and nonprofessional employees employed by the Employer at its facilities located in San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, National City and Imperial, California. All other employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
