Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1314 Fredericksburg Rd., San Antonio, TX 78201. Excluded: All other employees including maintenance employees, warehouse employees, office and clerical employees, managers, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time ASK pit crew employees, ASK warehouse employees, and shipping and receiving employees employed by the Employer at its 2 Berry Drive, Lumberton, New Jersey facility. Excluding: All other employees, including Phase Leaders in Right Heart production, inventory, prefabrication, tipping, molding, phase IV, balloons, mapping/pacing, QA inspection, set-up, packaging, building maintenance, sterilization and Right Heart warehouse; clerical employees, temporary employees, TRC employees, skilled maintenance employees, plant managers, coaches, engineers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All production and maintenance employees, including drivers, employed by the Employer at its facilities or jobs sites located in Vinita, OK; Claremore, OK; Nowata, OK; Dewey, OK; and Pawhuska, OK, should be included in the existing unit, which is described below. All production and maintenance employees at the employer's operations at the East Quarry, the Asphalt Plant, the accretion to the above, as recognized for all production and maintenance employees at the 129th @.Ave, under addendum to this agreement effective December 10, 1998, the 407 location at 7505 E 141st St. South Bixby, Oklahoma, under addendum to the agreement effective December 3, 2004, and the Shop, located at 3605 North 129th, East Avenue, Tulsa, OK, excluding office clerical employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.
