Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the Parking & Transit Services Department who are classified as parking lot attendants, parking patrol officers, parking service technicians, data coordinators, and office coordinators. Excluded: all temporary employees, event staff workers, including Dome event, casual workers, student employees, confidential employees, guards and professional employees, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time faculty employed by the Employer in the Rochester, New York market. Excluded: Excluding employees employed exclusively as on-line faculty, and also excluding all part-time faculty, librarians, all other associates, guards,and supervisors as defined in the Act.
