Unit Sought: Existing Units: All operating and maintenance employees of the Company on the system of the Company, including all pipelines, stations, and terminals and including all Mainline controllers at the Company's general office, but EXCLUDING all other employees at the Company's general office and Region offices and all other supervisory employees. All regular full-time and regular part-time Laboratory Technician employees of the Company working at the Company's Kansas City, Kansas petroleum testing Laboratory facility ("Laboratory"), but EXCLUDING Supervisory employees, leased workers as referenced in Article VIII, and all other employees at the Company's Kansas City, Kansas Fairfax West facility, general office and district offices. Proposed (Combined) Unit: All full-itme and regular part-time Laboratory Technician employees working at the Company's Kansas City, Kansas petroleum testing laboratory faciility ("Laboratory"), operating and maintenance employees of the Company on the system of the Company, including all pipelines, stations, and terminals and including all Mainline Controllers at the Company's general office, but EXCLUDING leased workers as referenced in Article VIII, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees at the Company's general office, Region offices, District offices, and Kansas City, Kansas Fairfax West facility.
