Unit Sought: Included: Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe election to add the unrepresented Transporters to the existing unit consisting of: The unit shall mean the appropriate unit specified in Case 23-RC-2067 as amended. Included: All vehicle service attendants, technicians, journeyman technicians, bus technicians, utility, courtesy bus drivers at all Houston locations of the Employer. Excluded: All other employees, including managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employer's Utility Inspection Technicians and Gas Service Technicians (including Leads) who are both (a) in the supervisory group currently servicing National Grid and (b) associated with the above-defined North Attleborough Location, based on Employer's understanding of the bargaining unit the Union is seeking to represent. Excluded: All other employees of Employer, including all supervisory, confidential, and guard employees as defined by the NLRA.
