Unit Sought: All persons employed by the Employer in Akron and Canton, Ohio engaged in designing, lettering, pictorial work, advertising display, display work, neon and plastic advertising, painting on all signs and poster boards, screen processing, and the preparation for and finishing of same; sign erection; billposting work; electrical work; and maintenance work pertaining to the foregoing excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, and professional employees, guards, and supervisors guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time employees including cashiers, clerks, stock persons and general merchandise handlers of groceries, meat, fish and produce. Excluded: Managers, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
