Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time field employees and shop mechanics employed by the Employer at its 25 Marshall Street, Canton, MA location, but excluding all other employees, sales employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All parking garage hikers, attendants, drive men, car washers, bellmen, doormen and supervisors who perform bargaining unit work. Excluded: All maintenance men/custodians, clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, who do not perform bargaining unit work.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and parti-time registered nurses, practical nurses, social workers, health educators and case managers employed by the Employer at its facility located in Barrio Obrero, Santurce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, other professional employees, managerial employees, municipal employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time billing and collection clerks, medical record clerks, receptionist/collector, switchboard operators, X ray clerks, office clerks, dental assistants, sonogram technicians, inventory clerks, and messengers employed by the Employer at its facility located in Barrio Obrero, Santurce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, other professional employees, managerial employees, municipal employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
