Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time office employees, including tellers, head tellers, assistant head tellers, payroll coordinators, member service representatives, receptionists, loan clerks, account specialists, computer operators, ATM/NOW clerks, mortgage representatives and collection correspondents, employed by the Employer at its Lynn, Massachusetts location, but excluding confidential employees, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Press Operators, Sieve Makers, Sieve Cloth Cutters, QC Certification Lab employees, QC Match Lab employees, Monode Operators, Sieve Mfg/Ship Supv. employees, Fine Wire handlers, Lab Equipment Assemblers, QC Sieve/Receiving employees, Inspection employees, Spot Welders, Shipping/Receiving employees, and Buffers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 8570 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, Ohio, but excluding all office clerical employees, temporary employees, professional employees, watchmen, officers, all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees. who were employed during the payroll period ending Saturday, June 9, 2012.

Unit Sought: Unit to include all school bus drivers who regularly work 20 hours per week or more during the school year and who report to the Somerville, MA (14 Chestnut St), Wellesley, MA (Massachusetts Bay Community College) and Waltham, MA (18 Farwell St) yards, and excluding maintenance, monitors, supervisors, dispatchers and others as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time employees as set forth in the bargaining unit description contained in Article I, Section 1 of the parties'Collective Bargaining Agreement. Excluded: All office and clerical employees, professional employees, sales representatives, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
