Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Bus Drivers, Aides, Van Drivers, Trainers and Fuelers employed by the Employer Servicing the Colmar and Whissahickon facilities. Excluded: Contract Managers, Dispatchers, Maintenance, Foreman, guards office, clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time, par-time, probationary, occasional and temporary registered professional nurses employed by the employer department or nursing as staff registered nurses and charge nurses. Excluded: Registered nurses employed in the departments other than nursing, all non-nurse professiona employees, all other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the act, registered nurses in the unit (including nurses working pursuant to a RA permit).
