Unit Sought: This self-determination petition seeks to add a group of approximately 3 Enterostomal Therapy Registered Nurses to an existing unit of approximately 730 registered nurses. The Washington State Nurses Association is the recognized exclusive collective bargaining representative of a unit consisting of “all registered nurses employed by the Employer as Staff Nurse, Nurse Team Leader and Per Diem Nurse at its hospital, but excluding supervisors and all other employees.” The petitioned-for group consists of registered nurses employed at the hospital and specializing in in-patient care of patients with wound, ostomy and continence needs.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time coin room employees, vault employees, bag packing employees, processing employees and maintenance employees at the two sites listed above. Excluded: All supervisors, office clerical employees, guards and others as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
