Excluding parts, porters, salesman, service writers, estimators, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers at its Shakopee facility; excluding all office clericals, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time field and service employees, including plumbers, pipe fitters, and sheet metal employees Excluded: Office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Cook, Cook/Dietery Aide, Dietery Aide, Maintenance Assistant, and Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant. Excluded All other employees including, but limited to RN's, LPN's, and Charge Nurses, confidential employees, professional employees, office and clerical employees, medical records employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
