Unit Sought: All hourly employees employed by the Employer at its Indianapolis, Indiana facility; BUT EXCLUDING all salaried employees, managers, and supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, range of motion aide, activities aides, rehab aides, unit clerks and maintenance. Excluded: All confidential employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time pickers, selectors, lift operators, loaders, inventory control associates, cross dock coordinators facilities technicians, sanitation associates and haulers at the Employer's Greenwood, Indiana facility Excluded: temporary agency employees, all office clerical employees, all professional employees and all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
