Unit Sought: Included: All fulltime warehouse associaties employed at the Employer's Railhead, Meacham and Gold Spike facilities in Fort Worth including forklift operators, checkers, janitors, warehouse laborers, inventory and maintenance associates. Excluded: All office clerical and confidential associates, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time mechanics, including all journeymen technicians, semi-skilled technicians, apprentice technicians, and lube rack technicians employed by the employer at its facility located at 1515 West Ogden Avenue, Naperville, IL 60540. Excluded: All other employees including all parts department employees, porters, estimators, service writers and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem* Direct Care Counselors, Assistant Day Habilitation Specialists, Day Habilitation Specialists and Medical Care Coordinators. Excluded: All other employees, including Medical Assistants, Cooks, Housekeepers, Shift Leaders, Case Workers and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. *The parties agree that per diem employees eligible to vote are those employees who have worked an average of 4 hours per week during the quarter (13 weeks) prior to the eligibility date set forth above.
