Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time school bus drivers, bus monitors/aides, and casual/cover drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 11300 Alta Vista Road, Fort Worth, Tx 76244-3608. Excluded: All other emplyees including office clerical employees, coaches, routers, dispatchers, safety training supervisors, field coordinators, professional employees, managerial employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses (LPNs) employed by Extendicare Health Facilities, Inc d/b/a Elkins Crest Health and Rehibilitation Center at its 265 East Township Line Road, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania facility. Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
