EXCLUDED: The employees at the Benedum, Texas Pump Station, technical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time mechanics including all journeymen technicians, semi-skilled technicians, apprentice technicians, and lube rack technicians employed by the employer at its facility located at 2535 East Main Street, St. Charles, IL. Excluded: All other employees including all parts department employees, porters, estimators, service writers, all office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
