Unit Sought: Included: All Full-Time and Regular and Regular Part time employees employed by the employer Including: Associate Director for Research and Advocacy, Chinese Outreach Coordinator, Director of Research. Excluded: All managers, Supervisors and Security Guards as defined by the Act.
