Excluded: All other employees, including managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, oncall, supplemental and per diem professional employees employed by Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, including but not limited to, art therapists, audiologists, behavioral health clinicians, certified social work associates, chaplains, dietitians, genetic counselors, licensed clinical social workers, neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and speech Excluded: All other employees, including but not limited to, non-professional employees, employees already represented by a labor organization, office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the Engineering department, including Engineers and Painters, at the Hyatt Regency Boston hotel; Excluded: Managerial employees, and guards and supervisors within the meaning of the Act. The petitioner is seeking an Armour-Globe election to add these employees to the existing unit represented by the Union.

Unit Sought: Included: The Teamsters Local 853 seeks to represent all Laboratory Technicians (Lab Workers) at the employer’s premises, located at located at 2000 Adams Avenue, San Leandro, California, 94577.
