Unit Sought: Included: Employer's Utility Inspection Technicians and Gas Service Technicians (including Leads) who are both (a) in the supervisory group currently servicing National Grid and (b) associated with the above-defined North Attleborough Location, based on Employer's understanding of the bargaining unit the Union is seeking to represent. Excluded: All other employees of Employer, including all supervisory, confidential, and guard employees as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part0time employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 985 Erica Ln., Yorkville, IL 60560. Excluded: All Store Leaders, Assistant Store Leaders, office clerical employees, professional employees, seasonal employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All relief/per diem direct care employees employed by the Employer at its Waterbury, Connecticut facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. The parties agree that eligible to vote are those employees who worked an average of four (4) or more hours per week during the 13-week period prior to the payroll eligibility date.
