Excluded: All other employees, executive personnel, administrative and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Customer Service Reps, CSR Apprentices, Warehouse Persons, and Helper/Expediters at the O'Halloran International, Inc. Altoona parts facility. Excluded: All Office Clerical employees, professional employees, guards and suprvisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time tellers, senior tellers, collection employees, member services employees, VISA clerk/teller, Loan Officers, Senior Loan Officers, Receptionist and bookkeeper employed by the Credit Union. Excluded: All custodial service emplyees, guards, executives, managerial staff, supervisors and/or confidential secretaries as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: UNIT PRESENTLY RECOGNIZED The appropriate unit currently recognized by the Employer is the unit, ehich appears in collective bargaining agreement between the parties, that certified by Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board in case P-91-5D-93-12245 E on February 10, 1995 and all of those position that have been included on behalf of the Labor Relations Board as of that date. UNIT AS PROPOSED BY THE PETITIONER The Union currently seeks to include to the currently recognized unit the following position: Group Leader of the Quality Norms of Service.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time integrated maintenance technicians, mechanical and electrical maintenance employees, and maintenance planners Excluded: Production employees, integrated maintenance trainees, process specialists, operators, which include line leaders, technicians, non-maintenance safety and training coordinators, truck drivers, office clerical, professionals, guards, and supervisors.     

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time, and per diem skilled maintenance workers. Excluded: All guards, managers, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included all employees involved in the selling, delivery and warehouse work, office workers and production employees. The employees shall include, but not be limited to salesmen, distributors, foot salesmen, special deliverymen, chauffeurs, route riders, shipping clerks, warehousemen and luggers employed by the Employer.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time including per diem nonprofessional employees employed at the Employer's facility. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: all production employees of the cutting, packing, picking, embroidery, sewing, departments; shipping, receiving, forklift, maintenance and housekeeping; inventory control, quality control. Excluded: All supervisors, managers, clerical, and guards, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time bus drivers, aides, and mechanics employed by the Employer at its facilities located at: 2605 Bunker Hill Drive, Algonquin, Illinois; 300 Klick Street, Hampshire, Illinois; and 300 Cleveland Street, Carpentersville, Illinois; but excluding data entry employees, accounts payable employees, customer services employees, administrative employees, warehouse employees, dispatchers, office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees regularly employed at the fuel facility owned by the employer located at 8434 South Kipling Parkway, in Littleton, CO. Excluded: Guards, Professionals, office clericals, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All satellite technicians, warehouse clerks, working team leaders, quality control, and trainers. EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees and all profession employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and warehousemen. Excluded: All Managers, supervisors, office clerical, all other employees and guards as defined in the act.
