Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time, and casual employees in classifications in Appendix A employed by the employer. For the purposes of voting in the election, the following job classifications are currently eligible: Back Lead, Counselor, Director of Nursing, Front Desk Intake, Front Lead, Imaging Assistant, Lab Technician, Medical Assistant, Nurse, Observation Technician, Phone Flex, Registered Nurse, Ultrasound Technician Excluded: Managerial employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time senior installation technicians, installation technicians, senior service technicians, service technicians, and warehouse employees employed by the Employer from its Maplewood, MO facility. Excluded: Office clericals, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All Regular and Part-Time Employees who work as Front Desk, Front Desk shift Supervisors, Routesetters [including Hold Washers], Coaches, Marketing Coordinator; After School Instructors; After School lead instructor; Camp instructors, [summer or otherwise]; Lead Camp Instructor; Maintenance; Youth Programs Coordinator; Class instructors; and all other part-time and full-time non-exempt positions. Excluded: General Manager, Assistant Manager, Retail Manager, Office Clericals Employees, Administrative Employees, Confidential Employees, Guards and Supervisors as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and parttime Arcade Attendants, Arcade Technicians, and Lead Arcade Attendants. Excluded: All other employees including but not limited to supervisors, managers, and guards as described under the Act
