Balmoral Ave, Chicago, Illinois. Excluded: All Coordinators of Academic Support, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. The petitioner requests an Armour-Globe election take place such that the above unit of employees, if they vote for representation, be included with the below existing unit represented by the Petitioner. Unit Sought: Included: All employees of the Employer including Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Sales Support staff working in the Optimum Walk In Center at 443 86th Street, Brooklyn NY. Excluded: All confidential and managerial employees, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time maintenance employees employed by the Employer at 344 Tully Road, San Jose, California 95111. Excluded: Confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Production Associates, Welders, Paint Line employees, Shipping employees, Receiving/Assembly employees, and Robotics Department employees.
