Unit Sought: Included: all full time and regular part time armed and unarmed security officers employed by the Employer at its 4475 South Fulton Parkway, Atlanta, GA Facility, employed by Paragon Systems under the contract identified in Section 1.1 performing guard duties as defined by Section 9(b)(3)of the National Labor Relations Act. Section 1.1 This CBA covers only those security officers employed under Employer's Contract No. 75A50120F80007 with the Department of Health and Human Services.
