Excluded: Professional employees, managers, including sales managers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and asset protection employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Proposed Unit: Included: All full time and regular part time employees employed by the Employer at its 411 Park Avenue, Suite 143, Beachwood, OH 44122 store, including all "leads" classifications or titles and/or all "senior specialist" titles or clas i.fications, including but not limited to, senior sales specialists, senior shipping specialists, senior shop mechanics, and senior operations specialists.
