Excluded: All other employees, professionals, guards, clericals, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part time equipment operators and foremen employed in the construction industry by the Employer in the State of Wisconsin. Excluded: All other employees, including employees in the Employer’s mining and/or sand and gravel hauling operations, clerical employees, guards and/or supervisors as defined by the Act.
