Unit Sought: Included: All full time regular part time and per diem Physician Assistant employees Excluded: All other employees including registered nurses supervisors and guards as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All drivers who operate mixer(concrete) trucks, dump trucks, and lowboys trucks. Excluded: All supervisors, guards and office clericals as defined by the NLRA act.
