Unit Sought: UNIT PRESENTLY RECOGNIZED The appropriate unit currently recognized by the Employer is the unit, ehich appears in collective bargaining agreement between the parties, that certified by Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board in case P-91-5D-93-12245 E on February 10, 1995 and all of those position that have been included on behalf of the Labor Relations Board as of that date. UNIT AS PROPOSED BY THE PETITIONER The Union currently seeks to include to the currently recognized unit the following position: Group Leader of the Quality Norms of Service.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time integrated maintenance technicians, mechanical and electrical maintenance employees, and maintenance planners Excluded: Production employees, integrated maintenance trainees, process specialists, operators, which include line leaders, technicians, non-maintenance safety and training coordinators, truck drivers, office clerical, professionals, guards, and supervisors.     

Unit Sought: Included: All employees regularly employed at the fuel facility owned by the employer located at 8434 South Kipling Parkway, in Littleton, CO. Excluded: Guards, Professionals, office clericals, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time, and per diem skilled maintenance workers. Excluded: All guards, managers, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
