Unit Sought: The Company recognizes the union as the sole and exclusive batgaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages hours of maintenance , and traffic employees in the company's and South Brunswick, New Jersey , Localtion. It is expressly understood and agreed the the bargaining unit does not include: Exc. a. Superviosrs employees withauthority to hire, promote, discahrg discipline, or otherwise affact th status of employees or effectively recommend such action. b. Administrative employees. c. Office clerical employees and clerical employees assigned to factory departments. d. Employees of the Plant Security Department. e. Employees of the Production Control Department. f. Employees in the Product Styling Department. g. Employees classifield as Quality Technicians h. Employees in the Enginneering Department. Whenever the term employees(s) is hereinafter used, it shall except where otherwise specified, mean those within the bargaining unit described Article.
