Unit Sought: Included: All persons performing eletrical work including master electricians, journeyman electricians, apprentices, and helpers employed by Doug's Electrical Service, Inc. in the following counties: State of Arkansas - Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Madison, Marion, Newton, Pope, Scott, Searcy, Sebastian, Washington, and Yell. State of Oklahoma - LeFlore County-Braden, Pocola, and Spiro Townships only, Sequoyah County-that portion east of Brent, Prices Chapel, Rocky Mountain and Sallisaw Townships. Excluded: All office clerical employees, estimators and supervisors/foreman as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regularly scheduled full and part time drivers. Excluded: Maintenance, dispatchers, trainers and supervisory employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Engineering, Maintenance, Clerical and Grounds personnel located at the employer's jobsites at Fort MacArthur AFB, San Pedro, CA and L.A. AFB, El Segundo, CA. All other employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time/part-time RNs/employees employed by the Employer in the IV Team unit. Excluded: Managers, Supervisors, guards, and or watch persons, confidential employees pursuant to the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time and casual truck drivers, freight receivers, order fillers and warehouse workers. Excluded: All managers, clerical office staff, confidential, security personnel and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time hourly eployees: seasonal production and maintenance workers employed by the Employer's 515 First Street NE, Rugby, ND facility. Excluded: Office Clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
