Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time employees, that are service, CLI, head-end and line technicians, field auiditors, and installers who work for the Employer at its Morovis, Lares, Vega Baja, Caguas, Hatillo and Luquillo facilities. Excluded: Rest of the employees, office clerks, security guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Means all regular full-time drivers employed by the Employer at its Cedar Rapids location. Excluded: All temporary or casual employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular and part-time transit drivers, mechanics and garage employees. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All non-foods employees in NRC, HABA, HCC, PRX techs, ALE, PEC, PEM, HOM, HIA, SHO, excluding meat, CCK, grocery clerks, managers, bookkeepers & those covered under the Act.
