Excluding office workers, supervisors as defined by the NLRA, guards, maintenance engineers, quality assurance/control, research & development.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees classified by the Employer as full-time and as part-time in food and beverage, culinary, banquets, mini-bar and room service, housekeeping, laundry, engineering, uniform services, and front office. Excluded: All subcontracted employees, communication and telephone agents, conceirges (all departments), Japanese services, Keiki Aloha Club, employees classified by the Employer as casual, sales, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, security officers and/or guards and/or watch persons, as defined under the Act.
