All registered nurses, all licensed practical nurses, dietary employees, rehabilitation and therapy department employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: all part time and full time attendants responsible for customer care and shift maintenance Excluded: Cashiers clericals security and all other employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time Auto Technicians/Mechanics in the Service Department. Excluded: All other employees, Sales Department, Parts Department, Detailing Department, Lube Department, Service Writers, Lot Attendants, Managers, Supervisors, Confidential Employees, Security Officers and/or Guards and/or Watch persons, as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All drivers, batchmen and mechanics employed by the Employer at its Chico facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, and guar ds and supervisors as defined in the Act.
