Excluded: Office clerical employees, guard, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time/part-time RN's/employees employed by the employer on Oahu in Home Health Care. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, guards and or watch persons, confidential employees pursuant to the Act.
