Unit Sought: Included: All maintenance employees employed at the employer's Maxwell Air Force Base facility. Excluded: All office/clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance electrical employees of the Employer at its Pascagoula, Mississippi, shipyard as specified in the National Labor Relations Board certification of November 19, 1948. The parties hereby now agree that all the production and maintenance electrical employees at Employer's facility located on the East and West Banks of the Pascagoula River constitute the appropriate unit for the purpose of this Agreement. Excluded: All leased or contract labor employees of a leasing firm/contract labor vendor (whether or not jointly employed by the Employer) assigned to perform any and all electrical work at Employer's facility located on the East and West Banks of the Pascagoula River.

Unit Sought: Included all full time and regular part time Funding Exchange employees, including professional employees, program staff, administrative and clerical workers. Excluded Executive Director, and employees excluded from the bargaining unit as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and/or regular part time Armed and Unarmed Security Officers, Drivers and Asts performing guard duties as defined in Section 9 (b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by Loomis & Co. at Macon, GA; but excluding all Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, Supervisors as defined in the Act as amended and all other Employees.
