Unit Sought: Included: All ful and reg part time activity aides emp by the emp located at 130 Sandy Creek Hwy Adrian Michigan Excluded: LPN's, RMs supervisors, business office clerical, other service & maint. workers, technical workers, prof workers & guards

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time paramedic firefighters employed by the Employer at its 13055 Oakwood Avenue, Uniontown, Ohio facility. Excluded: All part-time firefighters, the chief, assistant chiefs, captains and lieutenants, and all other clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All part time and full time dispatchers, rental return agents, and service agents. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and Part time PRSC'S (social services). Excluded: All other employees, all supervisors, department heads, clerical employees, guards, casuals employees.

Unit Sought: Regular full time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Regular part time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are regularly scheduled to work 8 hours or more per week but less than 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Any emplyee who are employed for under 8 hours per week shall not be part of the bargaining unit. All temporary employees who are hired for a period of not more than 6 months, if a temporary employees is hired to perform the work of an employee who is out on an extended leave of absence, then the temporary employee may be hired for uop to one year, all employees hired on a temporary basis shall be informed at the time of hire that emmployment is for such a limited period. All contract/relief employees used on an as needed basis. All employees of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if covered under another collective bargaining agreement.
