Unit Sought: Included: For the Employer's Long Beach District, all Full Time and Regular part-Time Employees in the Departments of Maintenance, Operations, and Pacific Terminal, including the classifications of Maintenance mechanics or Employees, Line Riders, Pipeliners, Electricians or electrician/Instrumentation, Pump Mechanic, Operators or Station Operators, Laboratory Technician, Roustabouts or Utility Workers, Pipeline Operators, Pipeliners, and Coercion Technician-Maintenance. Excluded: All employees a the the employer's Richmond, Martinez, and Bakersfield operations and, with respect to the employer's Long Beach District, exclude all Business Office Clericals, Data Entry Personnel, Administrative Assistants, Guards, Managers, Confidential Employees, and Supervisors, as defined by the Act.
