Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses, Care Management Specialist, Correctional Nurses, Oncology Outreach Coordinators and casual Registered Nurses who have worked an average of four hours per week in the twelve (12) weeks preceding the payroll period cutoff date, defined in the consent election agreement. Excluded: Assistant Nurse Managers, CRNA's, Infection Control Practitioner, LPN's, Pharmacists, Quality Improvement Specialists, SANE Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Unit Educators, all other employees, physicians, other professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, other non-professionl employees, confidential employees, residents, guards, managers and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regualr part-time hoist erectors employed by the Employer at various locations throughout New York City All yard men, drivers, bridge and scaffold erectors, guards and supervisors within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included All Operations, maintenance, construction, service and clerical employees of the Employer. Excluded: supervisors and guards.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time emergency medical technicians, paramedics and chair car drivers. Excluded: All other employees, including supervisors, guards, and other employees as defined in the Act.
