Unit Sought: Included: All Operations employees located at the Chokio facility including all combination technicians, central office technician(s) and lead outside plant. Excluded: All other classifications, managerial, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees of the Employer at its Michigan City, Indiana facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, and all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Journeyman drywall hangers and framers, journeyman painters, apprentice painters, and paper hangers, employed by the Employer in Arizona; Excluded: Journeyman drywall taper finishers and drywall taper apprentices, office clericals, estimators, janitors, all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
