Unit Sought: All prep employees, kitchen employees, sanitation employees, packaging employees, shipping and receiving warehouse employees and lead employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 17711 NE Riverside Parkway; excluding maintenance employees, research and development employees, clerical and administration employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All exempt Patrol personnel with the rank of Lieutenant and Captain. Excluded: All Exempt Patrol Personnel with the rank of Major and above and all Secretaries and Clerks.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time production employees, maintenance employees, and shipping and loading employees. Excluded: All office clerical, truck drivers, sales and service staff, and supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and on call/per diem service and business office employees of Auburn Regional Medical Center employed in its new urgent care clinic and cancer treatment clinic, including central supply technicians, unit secretaries, dietary workers, admitting staff, data processors, receptionist clerks, business office clericals, transporters, telephone operators, certified nursing assistants, OB clinical assistants, laboratory assistants and housekeepers. Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, technical employees, confidential employees, skilled maintenance employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
