Ft. Myers, FL Service center to the existing unit. These Distribution Design Assistants share a community of interest with the Distribution Designers. The Distribution Design Assistants work location, Functions, interactions with Distribution Designers qualifications and working conditions. The Union Represents Distribution Designers covered by a collective bargaining agreement with employer, for the period of 1974 to March 2024 the end of this contract date. Excluded: All Other Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees, Inside, Office Clerical, Confidential Employees, Managerial Employees, Professional Employees, Guards, and Supervisors as Defined by the Act.
