Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time dump drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 431 W. 23rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Excl. All bulk drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full and part-time warehouse employees, drivers, drivers helpers, hi-low and pallet jacket operators, pickers, packers and loaders, deli and freezer workers and maintenance. Excluded: All managers, clericals, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.
